Delete Your KosherCalm Account
Effective date: August 15, 2026
You can request deletion of your KosherCalm account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what will be deleted, what (if anything) we retain, and how to submit your request.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to aryeh@koshercalm.org from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will verify your request and confirm once your account and data have been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete:
- Your account profile (name, email address, password)
- Your meditation session history and timer settings
- Any saved preferences or app usage data tied to your account
What We May Retain
Some information cannot be immediately deleted due to legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. Specifically:
- Payment records. Stripe, our payment processor, retains transaction records as required for tax and accounting purposes. We do not store your card details ourselves.
- Email correspondence. If you have contacted us directly by email, we may retain that correspondence for our records.
Timeframe
We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification.
